The way we design and build our communities affects our physical and mental health. When communities have plenty of walkable sidewalks and bike-friendly routes for kids to take to school, students are more active.
Tyre Flips — one of the many movements in CrossFit CrossFit focuses on achieving competency in endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance and accuracy. Because of this philosophy, elite military and police units have adopted CrossFit as their primary physical training tool.
Many professional athletes such as martial arts champions have also taken up Crossfit as a strength and conditioning program. So why not you too? The CrossFit program is designed to deliver broad, general, and inclusive work outs, with the goal to increase work capacity.

The needs of Olympic athletes and our grandparents differ by degree, not kind. Our community has grown since from just a handful to one big family. But in the box, we are equal.
